Build a real voice. Create real work.

A four-week workshop built around making. Each week, creators shoot, edit, and publish with practical demos, live video teardowns, and direct feedback on the work in front of them. They leave with a body of published content, a repeatable format, and a focused 30-day plan for what to make next.

No costNo fees. No tuition.

The ’76 promise

’76 Crew exists to build creators people can trust. We teach clarity, craft, and intellectual honesty so your work holds up under scrutiny. No rage-bait, no cheap shots, no algorithm worship. You ship something real, and you learn how to keep shipping.

We create culture rather than chase it.

What you get

  • Guest mentorship
  • Content development support
  • Direct feedback and structured iteration
  • A creator network via Discord for accountability and momentum
  • $500 completion grant for fellows who complete the participation requirements. Tax documentation may be required.

What you will learn

  • Sharpening POV and voice without abandoning civil debate
  • Choosing formats intentionally (studio, field, investigative, comedy/satire, voice-driven, etc.)
  • Crafting pieces that hold attention - hook, structure, pacing, landing
  • Producing clean, credible content using simple workflows
  • Handling scrutiny, criticism, and bad-faith attention without spiraling into reactive posting

Completion + opportunities

Program completion is earned through consistent participation, creative growth, and completion of the weekly work. Fellows who meet the participation requirements receive a $500 completion grant. We evaluate the body of work against clear standards: a strong point of view, fair framing, credible sourcing, clean production, and effective structure.
